Kids Camp

 Now enrolling for our Fitness Summer Camp June 16th-27th & July 7th-25th 9am-12pm.  Fun through fitness and a light snack provided.

June 16th - 20th  We will focus on various games to build strength and endurance.

June 23rd - 27th  We will focus on many types of sports.  This will allow children to build team skills, a positive attitude, etc.

July 7th - 11th  We will focus on beginning weight training & the fundamentals that go along with this sport.

July 14th - 18th  We will focus on a boot camp for kids. 

July 21st - 25th  We will have a COMBO week where children can get a little bit of each week all rolled into one.
