Explosiveness is a physical quality that can be effectively trained using various methods, but only through a methodological approach.  Many athletes have a desire for maximum strength, but do not train to display the acquired strength quickly; therefore they are stronger but not faster.  The greatest athletes are both strong and fast, not one or the other.

Requirements:

  • Athletes must meet strength and jumping requirements before being accepted.
  • Athletes must be dedicated and willing to work.
  • Athletes after first month will be revaluated, for continued training.
