BASEBALL

Becoming a better baseball player is not done by playing more baseball; it is mainly done by increasing your strength so that you can throw harder, run faster, and hit further. Most believe that to improve your speed, you must work on your running technique. Explosive works on building the strength as well as the technique. Power is key in baseball. Our programs improve explosiveness, strength, balance and stabilization, flexibility, core power, injury prevention, and speed.

Athletes who play basketball must work on their strength, conditioning, and explosiveness. Training preseason, in-season, and postseason is extremely important to increase and maintain the gains made. Explosive trains these athletes through functional strength training to improve lateral speed and agility, endurance, verticals, and conditioning to maximize an athlete's true potential. Our jump training is one of the most effective programs around.  ​

CHEERLEADING

 It is never too early or too late to build strength for cheerleading, whether for your middle or high school, competitively, or for college. Explosive trains cheerleaders who want to further develop their tumbling and cheer skills. Explosive helps cheerleaders to build the strength they need to perform flawlessly while preventing common injuries associated with cheering. Our programs will improve balance, verticals, flexibility, strength, conditioning, and core muscle.

Football players must endure training in season and during off season. The foundation of a training program for football is strength. Explosive builds a strength program around each athlete to increase their power and explosiveness while increasing speed and jumping ability. An athlete's 10, 20, and 40 yd as well as vertical and broad jump are measured each month to gain perspective on the athlete's training program. Changes are made to the program to continue growth so an athlete can achieve their fullest potential.

Golfers need power in their swing to reach distance. Technique can only get you so far. Explosive builds a program around the golfer to increase power in their lower body to drive the ball the desired distances, as well as keep the golfer injury-free with flexibility.

Lacrosse is a growing sport, and athletes are constantly looking for ways to improve their game. Explosive helps lacrosse players develop their strength to become faster, stronger, and more explosive on the field. Our programs allow athletes to test their throwing speed, run faster, jump higher, shoot harder, prevent injuries, and stay conditioned.

Track and Field athletes have specific training for their events. Whether you are a sprinter or cross country runner, compete in pole vault, throwing events, or hurdles. Explosive has a training program for you. Each athlete will work to improve their strength, power, explosiveness, agility, endurance, and conditioning.

VOLLEYBALL

Volleyball training must include a program that offers strength, explosive power, verticals, stamina, speed, and interval training. Explosive offers all of these and more. Our jump training is by far the best around. An athlete can expect to see at least an inch per month improvement. With the strength training program we offer, a volleyball player's power in spikes, sets and drives, blocks, and jumping will be noticeable in games. The player's skill training, along with our training, will maximize the athlete's fullest potential. ​

Wrestling involves a high level of anaerobic power and endurance. With frequent bursts of movement, these athletes must stay conditioned and strong. We do not focus on building muscular size, but strength to allow athletes to compete in their same weight class. Explosive offers strength training, endurance, resistance training, injury prevention, flexibility, and power.
