SPEED
Many Explosive athletes have improved 1 full second in the 40yd dash in less than a year. All athletes improve on their speed. We are after a noticeable difference in speed not just a few tenths! All times are by the same electronic/laser system used at the NFL Combine. Each athlete is tested at the end of each month. JUMP TRAINING
Jumping ability is determined by your level of strength and rate of force production. Technical changes can result in an immediate increase, but for a continual increase one must follow a program consisting of strength and explosive training. Improvement of more than 10 inches in less than a year is common at Explosive Mechanics. |
